I am a Vietnamese that had a room in Q house sukhumvit 79 and after 1 year contract I decided to move out due to covid situation. P’ Liam is the agency guy that I met and he is really helpful and transparency. Transparency here means he is not bias on the owner side neither the tenant. He just base on the contract conditions and acts on it. The process is quick, information is clear delivered in English(really appreciate). He checked the room very details as well. I would love to thank you to p’Liam as his great performance today. Hope the company will give him a good treat. :)
