The Bangkok Residence Customer Service is truly responsive and effective in fixing my rented condo maintenence issues. I was particularly impressed by Nida for arranging air-con service team to come by at the timeslot that was convenient to me. She was able to effectively convince the Owner to re-imburse me the coolant charging fee. A small kind gesture that makes me feel happy and connected with my temporary home, service crew and the Owner. Many thanks to Nida excellent service and patience.
