2. The pet shall not weigh more than 15 kilograms, and only 1 pet is allowed for every 50 sq.m.

Before having pets, you must notify the building management first to register your pet, pay a registration fee of 3,600 baht per pet per year. This expense will go towards cleaning and disinfecting, to help family and pets be healthier.
