- Provide customer information To support decision making and make appointments for sales staff.

- Prepare various reports. according to their duties

Applicant Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in any field
2. All genders, age 20 years and up
3. Have the ability to use English at a level that can communicate
4. Experience in telephone services for 6 months or more
5. Able to work Saturday-Sunday. and can take off work on weekdays.
6. Have good communication skills on the telephone, conversational etiquette, tone of voice, and words.
7. Have immediate problem solving skills, negotiating, and using words to persuade others.
8. Have a passion for service (Service Mind) and have a positive attitude to customers and the work for which they are responsible.
9. Be patient and tolerant. Able to cope or work in high pressure conditions.
10. Skilled in using computers and MS Office programs

How to travel

The company is in the Lake Ratchada building. Near Asoke intersection, Exchange Tower side, through Soi Sukhumvit 16, past the hotel, come see. Pass the Column building, pass the CTI building to reach Lake Ratchada building. Take the elevator on the Low​ Zone​ side, which has 4 elevators. Press the elevator on floor 12A, but get off at floor 13. When you get out of the elevator, look left or right. There will be 4 companies on this floor. The Bangkok Re Company Side 88 Co., Ltd. is on the left hand side. Candidates can press the bell to be called.
BTS : Get off at Asoke BTS station
MRT: Get off at Sukhumvit Station/Get off at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Station.
